Vocabularies:
1.
willpower (n.) the ability to control your own thoughts and the way
in which
you
behave
e.g. It
took a lot of willpower to stay calm.
2.
harness (v.) to control something, usually in order to use its
power
e.g. There is a great deal of
interest in harnessing wind and waves as new sources of power.
3.
binding (adj.) (especially of an agreement) that cannot be legally
avoided or stopped
e.g. The
contract wasn't legally binding.
My
thoughts:
As human beings, we can be
irrational when it comes to saving, but we can predict how we’ll act under
certain environments, so we can through three tips :
1.Harness
the power of pre-commitment.
2.Use
transition moments to your advantage.
3.Manage
small, frequent purchases.
Then, we can help ourselves save
money. Let’s do that with saving!
This is an important topic.
